Comment Translation App

This is a ticket sidebar app. This app translates ticket’s comments to agent’s preferred language and also provides the feature for agents to type their reply in their preferred language and convert that comment to requester’s language. Here are the features of the app:
  • Detects ticket requester’s language
  • Translates the ticket comments to agent’s preferred language
  • Provides ability for agents to write the reply in their own language
  • Provides feature to translate agent’s reply into requester’s language
  • Uses Google Translation API which has very low cost

Reply Notification App

The “Reply notification” app is a top-bar zendesk app which displays notifications to the assigned agents for the new tickets and ticket replied by end-users.

Its interface is like a small window that pops up on the click of a button. It displays the list of tickets to the assigned agents like an email inbox. The agent can directly click on a ticket row to go to the ticket. The tickets once visited by the agent are displayed in a different color and the ones having new updates from the requester and still not visited by the agent are displayed in a different color. After the agent’s public replies on the ticket or after solving the ticket, the row is removed from the queue. After getting an end-users reply on the ticket, it is again added to the queue.

This app increases the efficiency of the agents to organize the tickets on which agents need to work next. Agents are just required to clear the queue each day and they don’t have to worry about skipping any ticket.

Auto Answer App

“Auto answer app has been developed using .net framework and zendesk native framework.

Step 1: A customer has a question
When a customer submits a ticket, our auto answer app will be in action.

Step 2: Answers are suggested
Auto answer app finds the most relevant articles from the help center knowledge base and It suggests them in a reply to the customer while they wait for a response from a human agent.

Step 3: A ticket is solved The customer reviews the articles and if an answer is found, they can mark their question as answered. The ticket is now solved. Step 4: Or routed back to an agent If a customer still needs help, their question would be answered as normal by an agent. Auto answer app can be customized to use algolia search or google search which has fast searching feature. (Additional Feature). The auto answer app requires a windows hosting environment to host the app.”

Email Ticket History App

This app is a ticket side bar app and this app has been developed for sending the ticket history to any emails. The ticket history can be send to the requester, assignee, admin, Ticket CCs or any external email address.
